Zum Haus gehört ein eingezäunter Gartensitzplatz auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien oder Gruppen bis 6 Personen. Sie bietet jedoch Schlafgelegenheit für bis zu 10 Gäste.
