Das nächste Gasthaus ist nur 1 km entfernt. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen. Gut für Familien, Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen. The holiday flat was recently renovated and offers you a cosy living atmosphere for 2 to 3 people. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher, Wi-Fi and TV. You will find everything you need for your daily shopping in the village centre, 300 metres from us: a bakery selling a range of grocery items and a butchers’ shop. The restaurant in the village serves good home-style cooking.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)

L’appartamento “Antelao” di circa 100 mq si trova al primo piano di Villa Glauber ed è composto da tre camere da letto, una cucina con balcone e due bagni. La veranda, invece, grazie alle sue comodità regala una vista meravigliosa sul giardino e sulle Nove Cime e soprattutto un’atmosfera rilassante in ogni stagione dell’anno. Caratteristiche stufe in maiolica e la vista sul bosco lo rendono unico.

Unser charmantes, traditionell und familiengeführtes Gästehaus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, Zugspitzbahnhof, Eisstadion und dem Garmischer Ortskern mit Fußgängerzone entfernt. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Doppel- und ein Einzel-bett mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Minibar, TV, WiFi privatem Bad/Du/WC sowie einem Balkon. (2ter Stock) Ab 2025 bieten wir leider kein Frühstück mehr an.

Chalet für 2-10 Personen

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mitten im Schigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm und Zell am See. Das Gästehaus bietet Platz für 11 Personen in 2 Appartments. Jedes Appartment bietet eine Küche, eine Dusche sowie ein WC. Ein Abstellraum im Untergeschoß bietet Platz für Ski oder Fahrräder, weiters gibt es ausreichende Parkplätze. Das Gästehaus wurde 2025 neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet.
