Family owned and run restaurant operating in St Julians for decades. Well established local clientele as well as tourist trade. Food is consistently excellent catering for vegans if requested. Booking in advance is essential to avoid disappointment as this restaurant is always fully booked, even in low season. Specialising in seafood but offering a wide range of excellent cuisine. Service is Five Star from a long standing team of waiting staff.

THE BEST Japanese, Sushi, Sashimi & Tepanyaki restaurant in the whole of Malta. They do have vegan options as well but if you want more vegan options best to give them a good deal of notice to prepare something special for you. Chef Nobu is Japanese himself but has worked all over the world during his career. He is a master of his art and my best advice is not to book a table, but to book seats at the preparation counter where you can watch the culinary theatre unfold in front of you. Quite expensive but well worth the special treat. They offer take-away too and this receives a discount. Has been operating in the current venue for two decades. Well established. Booking is essential.
