It's easy getting around London and the Tubes run late on Friday and Saturdays and there are also night buses too from Trafalgar square if you are in the Centre of London. A 155 or 88 night bus can take you to Clapham Common from Trafalgar Square and you can get an Uber from Clapham Common to our home. This would make it easier on your pocket.
