This is a great place to eat. and they have tables on the deck upstairs overlooking the water.
The swordfish club have updated their menu and there is a great selection of very good fresh fish and seasonal dishes great presentation and menu changes regularly. Very reasonable prices

Bay of Islands Swordfish Club
25 The StrandThis is a great place to eat. and they have tables on the deck upstairs overlooking the water.
The swordfish club have updated their menu and there is a great selection of very good fresh fish and seasonal dishes great presentation and menu changes regularly. Very reasonable prices

I highly recommend Hone’s a must visit while in Russell. Great ambience, lovely garden bar setting. Great food and fantastic service which is always consistent.
I love what they’ve done to the garden bar too. Perfect for lunch, dinner, drinks etc. Love this place

I highly recommend Hone’s a must visit while in Russell. Great ambience, lovely garden bar setting. Great food and fantastic service which is always consistent.

Omata Estate Vineyard and Kitchen is beautiful. The setting is superb with views of the vineyard and all the way across to Paihia. They have very good wine and do beautiful platters and wood fired pizzas. and wine tasting.The Omata Estate Pinot Gris is a favourite of ours. I Highly recommend you visit.

They have very good wine and do beautiful platters and wood fired pizzas. and wine tasting.The Omata Estate Pinot Gris is a favourite of ours. I Highly recommend you visit.

Go and see Collette at The Russell Information Centre (on the end of Russell Wharf. She can book your boat trips out on the bay or activities like Dolphin watching/Paragliding etc.

A fantastic day out in Summer. On a nice day you can set up by the cafe with their bean bags or tables and stay all day by the beach. Paddle boats and kayaks available to hire. A bar and good food and snacks. Reasonable prices.
There are lots of walks you can take from here around /across the island to other bays.

Take a day trip to Otehei Bay on Urapukapuka Island. Go with Explore about $50 return
