Located on the Star Industrial Estate. Dark Star is a very successful microbrewery that produces award winning beer that is sold nationally. Beer can be bought from the Brewery shop straight from the barrel in quantise from 2 pints upwards. There are generally at least 6 different beers on sale at very reasonable prices. The brewery also has its own pub (The Partridge) located at the bottom of the High street in Partridge Green. As it is a Brewery Tap the prices are the cheapest locally.

There is a restaurant serving food at lunchtime and in the evening Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. There is a wood fired pizza oven serving pizzas to eat in or takeaway.

Horsham is an affluent market town with a small local market and periodic French market. there are numerous chain restaurants and several independents. There is a pedestrianised centre and a covered shopping mall (Swan Walk). There are manly choices for parking but can be reached on the number 17 bus that leaves from the bottom of Mill Lane.

Going south the track takes you first to Henfield which is about 3 miles away and then all the way to Shoreham on the coast. Going north it takes you to Southwater Park just outside Horsham.
