From our apartment : take the 140 bus from the stop just outside, then at Østerås centre change to bus 235 and get off at Fossum "athlete park". 24 mins bus ride but only 10 mins by car. Walk in the woods by yourself or run towards Brunkollen (7 km) for great views over Oslo and a dinner in cozy "hut" environment (https://ut.no/hytte/10634/brunkollen).
