Great hiking. There are several trails.
The longer trail up to the peak will get your heart rate up for sure. It's a great choice for a morning or afternoon (budget about 2.5 -4 hours depending on your fitness level and how long you plan to stop at the top of the mountain.)
The shorter trail to the icebeds is also quite fun.
