Going out for the day
Make sure you take water with you when you go out for the day ! Hydration is super important, even in cooler months, Remember you are in a desert and it's dryer than you think.
Sunscreen is a must if your not used to being in the sun, also, hats, and sunglasses are a good idea on sunny days.
During summer months, try to go out in the morning hours, or in the evening, mid day is the hottest , maybe choose indoor activities during those hours.
