Make sure to take a walk around the Pearl where you will see boutiques, some of the high end restaurants in San Antonio, walk inside Hotel Emma and get a drink at their bar- the entire hotel is furnished with antiques. The Pearl also hosts the Culinary Institute of America, where renamed chefs are made.
