Our favorite Japanese Resto! The food authenticity takes us back to Japan everytime. The ramen is perfect, paired with chashu (extra)! Our other favorites: Tiger-cheese rolls, takoyaki, okonomiyaki & chicken karage! The bento has huge serving with many side dishes. The place inside is small so its recommended to book ahead. Staffs are very friendly. We cant find authentic Japanese food around Newcastle so its really worth for the 35mins drive from Chisholm. Can’t get enough of Mizumo.

When you first encounter this beach you will immediately be struck by its scale and the formidable dune systems that stretch for as far as the eye can see. This beach also has many remnants of history deposited over the millennia, including ancient Aboriginal shells and numerous shipwrecks. Amazing beach to drive along.
Available for booking quad bike riding, camel rides and 4WD tours. Worth checking out.
