City Hall Garden is a great place with lots to see and do, and a welcome green respite in an area of heavy traffic.
There are exquisite flowerbeds, including rhododendrons in the spring, and tables and benches are brought out during summer.
The garden is a bit of a secret, even though it is signposted. It rarely has many visitors.
At the centre of the garden is a fountain, with a statue of a sitting bear that captures the water jets in its mighty jaws.
I great place to take a rest and enjoy something to eat and drink when you are on the road :)

It has a beautiful glass house from 1874 that is 16 metres tall and has narrow, cast-iron spiral stairs leading to a passageway at the top. Its an amazing view but not for people with fear of heights ;)

Get a kayak for free for two hours if you pick up waste in the canal as you go along! Whats not to like :)
The Green Kayak is a non-profit initiative and intends to reduce waste volumes in Copenhagen Harbor.
All you have to do is pick up as much waste as possible on the trip and that the trip is documented with photos or video clips that are added to social media.
Its a great way to see the city and do something good for the enviroment at the same time :)

Some people call it “Hipsterbroen”, which means the “hipster bridge” because hipsters hang here, but to me it seems to attracts a lot of different people. I like walking by on those warm nights just to experiance a little of the atmosphere :)

Strøget is one of Europe's longest pedestrian streets with a wealth of shops, from budget-friendly chains to some of the world's most expensive brands. The stretch is 1.1 kilometers long and runs from City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen) to Kongens Nytorv.
It will have everything that you desire to buy :) I will suggest a visit to Illums Bolighus that sells interior design products of different danish designers. Be prepared with your credit card because its not a cheap place, but their stuff is amazing!! :)
