Hiking! Spectacular scenery. Zions Park is seeing record number of visitors. Parking is very limited, and sometimes impossible to find. You may consider taking the bus http://www.bundubus.com/grand_canyon_transportation_schedule.php. Or the shuttle https://www.stgshuttle.com/shuttle. Once in Zions there is a shuttle service which runs all day and is convenient to get off where you like to explore.
