Lake Effect is home to the largest liquor selection in the state of Utah! This bar is a favorite for many reasons - Wednesday nights this bar comes to life when their speakeasy basement turns into an exclusive jazz listening room. You can catch local artists there almost daily providing live music to set the mood on the main level while the basement turns into either a jazz club or a moody DJ setting. If the vibe isn't enough, their food and drinks are to die for. We'd recommend the nachos or lamb ribs.

Alright, so I know there are quite a few recommendations here but if you go to one restaurant during your stay, it has to be The Park Cafe. This cozy, quirky restaurant has the best breakfast in SLC! Sitting right across from Liberty Park, you won't be disappointed if you make this a part of your trip! If you go, the french toast is our favorite, but you really can't go wrong here :)

This diner has been around since 1930 and it’s in a historic trolley car! While you dine, enjoy the serene wilderness around you and relax!

Eggs In The City is another local breakfast spot that we can’t get enough of. They offer so many options and have great gluten free and vegan options! This restaurant in Millcreek is located just right off I-80 making it easy to access. Their food is delicious and served hot and fresh!

Midway is a small town located just under an hour from Park City! If you can spend a day here, we'd recommend checking out the Midway crater for a dip in the hot springs! Then head over to the Cafe Galleria for a unique dining experience in one of their Alpenglobes. If you're visiting during the winter season, the Midway Ice Castles are unreal!

This cathedral was built in 1908. If you're visiting during the holidays, they often have lovely musical performances. The inside of this cathedral is breathtaking.

The tall trees here provide ample amount of shade and they often have food truck rally’s, farmers markets, dog events and more! Tracy Aviary is also here if you’d like to stop in and check out and up close experience with birds!
