Quite possibly the best real Italian pizza/restaurant in NYC. The atmosphere is really great and there is a romantic back patio. The "buffala" pizza is my favorite. They have a great brunch too.

If you are in the mood for (hearty portions of) tapas, and a great, funky, bar, this is a lot of fun. I particularly like the Spanish chorizo in port wine reduction. Sit in the bar area.

Herzlichen willkommen! I just love this place with its giant biers and Cologne's famous koelsch on tap. The food is simple biergarten fare - just as it should be. The Halver Hahn is spectacular!

The Peruvian chicken - there, I've said it all. This is no chicken joint though. The decor is beautiful, the menu sophisticated, and the people well-dressed. The ceviches are out of this world.

Open Thu., Fri., and Sat. My favorite is the chopped barbeque. Good luck getting the banana pudding - it's always sold-out. Get here before everything in Bed- Stuy gentrifies.
