Take time out for scenic walk to the beauitful Muckross House and Gardens. When walking from The Cascades apartment to Muckross House you will take in amazing views of the lakes of Killarney, natural woodlands and the historic Muckross Abbey.
If you don't feel like walking there is also the option of taking a jaunting cart ride along the same route. These horses are the only traffic you will meet as it is closed off from all vehicles.
We consider this a must do when visiting Killarney.

You can also reach Torc by continuing your walk past Muckross House or taking a Jaunting Cart ride.
