This is a great local pub within walking distance for those that like a good walk, otherwise is 5 minutes in the car. Great for a cold drink / icecream on a sunny day, or delicious meal.

We LOVE Jones. The owners are wonderful people and also own the vineyard opposite our site, you can buy Colehurst Vineyard wines / jams & chutneys from the coffee shop. The coffee shop has a relaxed vibe and offers amazing fresh meals and drinks - my favourite is the brie and bacon panini!

Colehurst is a tiny hamlet in the Shropshire countryside, easily accessed off the A41. Close by is the market town of Market Drayton which boasts a beautiful canal and many lovely properties, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.

Tyrley Locks is a great spot for a walk down the canal, or simply to sit with a picnic watching the boats navigate the locks. We often take our own kayaks down here as there is a place to park up, then go for a paddle up the canal (often to the local pub The Wharf which does amazing food!).

This is such a great little place - perfect for families with small children who will enjoy a ride on the miniature railway, but also for plant lovers who will find a great stock of varied plants and a knowledgeable owner. Train fans will also love the engines!
