Very nice local bar (this neighbourhood is quite authentic, not touristy at all) for soups, spaghetti, pancakes, coffee.. Cheap prices and great value for money.

Vooruit is very popular here - great food, drinks, cultural life, concerts, shows, and an interesting historical feature of socialist Ghent. And the setting is just beautiful! Check the terrace!

Every Sunday in summer (May-September), this lovely corner in the Ghent harbour is the place to be for creativity, food, coffee and relaxing :-) One of my favourites!
