Everything Else
If you're a runner, my typical route is down 7th street, take a right down East Capitol, run around the Capitol (and the mall depending on how many miles you want to do), around Lincoln Park, and then back home. That's about 5 miles. You can cut it down to three miles if you run down 6th, right on East Capitol, around the Capitol and back home the same way.
