If you feel like a journey back into time, you must visit Pavlopetri. A submitted city from the Bronze Age. You can cross over to the mainland and walk to the site it's about 1km from where the ferry drops you off. The beach is beautiful so you can make it a day trip and have a picnic. Make sure you take plenty of provisions, there are no stores close by.
It would also be wise to see the BBC documentary "Pavlopetri" before your visit, it gives you a great insight.

Agios Spyridon, is the church set on a little island that is connected by bridge, at the port of Elafonisos. It's great to take an evening walk after dinner, or to photograph at sunrise or sunset.
