Places to visit
If you are looking for a nice walk or picnic on a Sunday afternoon to somewhere local. You can be there within 10 minutes from the apartment. It's a great place for kids to climb the big rocks (like I did as a kid) or maybe you like to go on a run or do a work out? there's plenty of space in nature here. You could be lucky and catch the local cricket club play on a Sunday afternoon too.
If you are an early bird, I highly recommend bringing a coffee here, mornings are magical watching the sunrise! Especially as the mist burns off through the trees (See guidebook profile picture).

Great place for a run or walk. There is a beautiful woodland walk by the stream, which is perfect if you need some quiet time.
There's also the hub cafe for drinks and snacks and you can walk/sit around the pond and watch the ducks and relax.

This is the oldest book shop in Tunbridge Wells. I used to go here with my Dad and we'd climb the crooked, creaky staircase to the tiny mezzanine. Unfortunately now it's been refurbished but it's still a delightful shop to get lost in for a while.

This place is actually a converted old public toilet. The likes of 'Coldplay' and few other huge bands used to play here when they were starting out.a strange place with no windows! Worth a visit if you like watching bands.
