Entry to the park is free. There are 28 day-use covered picnic tables. There is a beautiful beach area to use for swimming. There is also a very nice 3-lane boat ramp.
This park is great for a day getaway with the family. It is clean, quiet and a joy to visit. We cannot recommend this park enough. Just take a look at some of the photos below to get a glimpse of how beautiful this park is.

There are no campgrounds at Little Ridge Park. This park is really intended for that quiet day getaway on Lake Lavon. If you are looking for a nice place to spend the day with covered picnic tables, a nice swim beach area, and just a beautiful little park, Little Ridge Park might be for you.

If you enjoy sightseeing while driving, there are unlimited site options surrounding the beautiful Lake Lavon. Surrounded by numerous parks and campgrounds, Lavon Lake (Lake Lavon) is a 21,400-acre lake right in the backyard of this Peaceful Paradise. While Lavon Lake is famous for great crappie fishing, it also offers a wide variety of other species to pursue. Bass, catfish, sunfish, white bass, gar, and striped bass all reside herein. Winter and spring are prime months for crappie, while spring and fall are the best times to catch bass in the shallows. Most fish migrate with the schools of baitfish moving deeper in summer and winter, and back shallower in spring and fall. Numerous boat launch ramps around the lake facilitate launching of boats for fishing, sailing, sightseeing and water sports. Portage a kayak or canoe from various parking areas around the lake. If you like to fish from the bank, much of the 120 miles of shoreline is accessible.
