I've done this a few times and loved it! It's a shuttle that takes you over to Shell Key, the island only accessible by boat. Spend 2, 4 or 6 hours over there looking for shells, snorkeling.
You can also take their sunset cruise with your pups!

This is a great market as well. Saturday morning market is a little bit more my favorite, but, this is also great to walk around for an hour or so and meet local artists, food vendors, farmers, etc.

Okay so this is a cool experience. To get to Egmont key you would need to book a ferry ride from Ft Desoto Park. It takes you over to this island and drops you off. Whats really cool about Egmont is that there is a lighthouse and cobblestone paths from an old town that existed there back in the late 1800's. No dogs allowed but a cool day trip to experience something new.

LOVE this neighborhood and usually walk Angus here about once a week. The house are beautiful and all different. The people are great. It's just a good vibe place that I wish I could afford to live. LOL.

Super eclectic little area. Great to go for a morning or afternoon. They have a cute downtown and some yummy food. Very dog friendly as well.
