Beaches

Juno Beach is home to unspoiled coastline, blissfully laid-back vibes and some of The Palm Beaches’ most beloved residents (that would be our scores of nesting sea turtles). Located on a barrier island flanked by the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, much of Juno Beach daily life revolves around these two bodies of water—from fishing to recreation to conservation. The Juno Beach Pier is the main hub of activity in town. On any given day, you’ll see salty fishermen, selfie-snapping sightseers and sunrise aficionados angling for the perfect viewing spot (believe the locals when they say the sunrises here are second to none). There’s even a Pier House with a bait shop, snack bar and pole rentals. With its excellent waves, Juno Beach Park is a popular spot for surfers and kiteboarders as well as swimmers

Blowing Rocks Preserve is like no other beach along the Florida Atlantic coast. Sandy beach is complimented by unique geological rock formations. Waves interact with these natural structures to produce a beautiful geyser show in some areas, and if you come here on a calm day you can see lots of marinelife and sea turtles below

The lighthouse sits atop a sand dune in the Jupiter Inlet, and the light can be seen from 25 nautical miles away (that’s 29 normal miles and 46 kilometers)! If you’ve spent any time at all in Jupiter, you’ve seen the beautiful coral colored lighthouse. But did you know you could climb to the top of it? I highly suggest climbing the winding 105 steps to the top of the oldest structure in Palm Beach County. The views of the inlet and surrounding area are more than worth the fee. FYI, if you don’t like heights or tight spaces, this might not be the excursion for you
