The Bazaar of Port Louis is divided into sections that have various stalls selling different products.
The main section of the market is for the fresh fruits and vegetables.
Located on the first floor of the Central Market, is the famous Craft Market. Here you will have a large choice of locally manufactured souvenirs, spices, and local handicrafts at affordable prices.
The next section is the street food stalls where you will have a wide variety of street food. We do recommend tasting the local Dholpuri and Alouda.

Avoid taking taxis if you can travel by bus
We do not have uber services in Mauritius and the taxis are way overpriced. If you aren't in a rush, I would recommend the usage of our common transport - the bus.
