Wear or bring layers and prepare for the elements. The weather temperature, wind, and rain can fluctuate a lot in a single day year round. A day can literally start at a low of -5C and have a high of 25C, or drop from 28C to 5C and hail. The September 2014 snowstorm dropped 10 cm of very heavy wet snow on the city, decimating hundreds of trees, but two days later we had highs of 25C.
