Just a 15-minute walk from the Apartments, we find the leaning towers of Plaza de Castilla (called Kio Towers or Puerta Europa), which have become, together with the recently created "Cuatro Torres Business Area", the new Skyline of Madrid; not in vain, the Caja Madrid tower, designed by the architect Norman Foster, is the tallest tower in the country with 250 metres in height.
Enjoy its views and those of the beginning of the Paseo de la Castellana and, if you wish, treat yourself to a meal in one of the city's most renowned restaurants in this area, such as Txistu or Asador Donostiarra. Also in this same Plaza de Castilla we can enjoy the peaceful park of the Canal de Isabel II and its exhibition space, where we can occasionally find the most famous travelling exhibitions of the moment ("Warriors of Xi'an", "Pompeii, catastrophe under Vesuvius", "Star Wars, the Exhibition", etc.).

The largest park closest to our Apartments. The Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún Park occupies a large area of 18 hectares. It is mainly composed of meadows and a wide variety of tree species, both leafy and coniferous. It is equipped with several recreational areas, children's areas, areas for the elderly and canine areas. Throughout its surface area there are different sports facilities, including a regulated football pitch. The park has an ornamental fountain with a water clock. There is also an auditorium and a cycle path runs along a large part of the park.
The oldest green area of the park is located between Calle Marqués de Viana and Calle Capitán Blanco Argibay and was previously called Parque de la Huerta del Obispo.

It also has a viewpoint from where you can see the university city, Moncloa, and in the distance the Casa de Campo.
