Over 20 miles of paved recreation. The closest entrance is 500 yards from the front door. Excellent placefor bird watching, a morning run, or for the super active, bring your cycle and pedal 20 miles into historic Bentonville. Its a flat ride and it's a very family friendly ride.

Very safe city with a low crime rate. Northwest Arkansas is home for a few major companies, so there has been no expense spared in regards to infrastructure.
Some locals like to say Fayetteville is a miny Austin. Let's be honest, there is only 1 Austin.
