Loop Walk
Lough O'Flynn is about 30 minutes drive from Holiday Hush. There are two loop walks. To walk the shorter one you need about one hour, but I certainly recommend the longer one. Which is about one and a half or two hour walk. Parts of it are on a tranquil road, parts lead you through land and the beautiful bog. There are a few picnic benches around, so I would bring something to snack on. I love the place especially when it is foggy then it is such a special atmosphere. At the end of the round you can have a rest on a bench right at the lake. It is just beautiful I think.

Only 28 minutes from Holiday Hush. You want to check out the caves! Bring hiking shoes and don't be afraid of heights. The path up to the caves is very steep, but the view is gorgeous.

Right after hiking up to the caves you should stop here to have one of the best italian coffees you can possibly get in Ireland. It is a familiy run business and there is a replica of an original irish farmhouse with all kinds of stuff to look at. Very interesting, well worth stopping by.

DiVino is my favorite Restaurant in the entire area. It is only 25 minutes from Holiday Hush. The food is homemade and so delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very special and the staff is so polite. You might want to make a table reservation.

This farm is only 12 minutes from Holiday hush. Tullyboy farm is a visitor farm with all kinds of animals and family events. I never checked it out myself but I am sure it is fun for the whole family.
