The BEST donuts. I love donuts, but I won't waste the calories on a bad one. These are worth it. They also have good croissant breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, juices, coffee, etc.

Head west to the beach stopping at the Platform in Culver City for some shopping, browsing, eating/drinking at Cannibal, and continue to Santa Monica on the train or head east toward the Natural History Museum, California Science Center to see the space shuttle, or go all the way to Grand Central station to explore downtown.
