We have a dock and floating dock available May-October You can rent boats locally (Internet search) and keep them at our dock. The boat launch is between the house and Flying Pond Variety (0.25 miles away) on the right side. Check that the water level is high enough (covering 1st step closest to water, no sand showing between launch and water) to launch a boat. We are the first dock when looking to the right of the boat launch. Be sure to inquire about the lake hazard areas before going out on a boat! The views are absolutely stunning all year round for weddings, graduations and small events. Fee’s apply Hunting: 26 Private acres. All federal and state licensing must be in order and shown to home owner. All federal and state laws pertaining to hunting must be followed. Always wear bright orange clothing when in the woods Hiking & Nature Viewing- 26 Private acres of maintains trails. Always wear bright orange clothing when in the woods We have 4 Kayaks available for rent. Please inquire. We have a lake mat for rent between May-September. Please inquire We also have a 4 person Ice fishing tent with 8 inch (manual) hole cutter Please inquire. Fire pits and Hot Tub available year round Snowmobiling - 26 acres of private trails (not groomed), follow driveway to lake access for ITS Trails or to flying pond .25 miles for ITS access if the lake isn’t frozen yet. Always call the fire department before going on the ice to make sure it’s safe.
