Lakeland Bus to NYC is a cheaper option
Look up Lakeland Bus website for schedule. There is free parking at the Parsippany Park and Ride location. Buses are sometimes a bit late but they are cheaper than trains. Bus ride is dependent on traffic so plan accordingly. Cheaper if you buy tickets before boarding but can also purchase on the bus.
