The Tobacco Museum traces the history of what used to be one of the most important cash crops of Puerto Rico and the wider Caribbean region. A replica of a tobacco "ranchón," built on a smaller scale, demonstrates how tobacco was cured and dried. The experience is enriched by the presence of several artisans who carefully make handmade cigars.
