Founded in 1870, they use a small batch, French pot process making ice cream 2.5 gallons at a time. It is incredibly creamy! Black raspberry chip is their signature flavor, and if you get anything with chocolate chips be prepared for some massive chocolate chunks! Oprah has claimed this as her favorite ice cream, and we'll have to agree - it's the best!
