Racine is known for its Danish kringle. But...you haven't really had kringle until you've eaten Bentsen's third generation hand-made kringle. It's out of this world yummy!

Sightseeing

The Biergarten is located on the south end of the park. Excellent hiking trails if you're a nature lover. Paved paths will lead you on an easy walk around and throughout the park. Great for skating and biking as well.

This is a local favorite and a must-see for visitors. One of the few remaining working lighthouses, tours are available although limited during summer hours. The grounds are beautiful. A replica of the foghorn building is open during visiting hours.

Bender Park offers water sports rental equipment, a small beach and snack shack. Lots of hiking trails, great views, fun to explore.
