Max occupancy: 4 people including children
WIFI: MifiWS5 password: Aalsmeerws5 (please note it is on a 4G mobile router with 5GB a day maximum internet usage)
Parking: officially one car is allowed to be parked on the parking lot of the harbour.
Waste in the big containers at the front of the harbour.
Glass can be dropped in the yellow container at the entrance of the parking lot.

As a high pressure pump connects the boat to the sewer system, nothing else than toilet paper can be disposed of in the toilets. If the pump gets stuck because of something else, the repair costs will be charged to the tenants.
Also please wipe out pans/pots/plates with kitchen paper before cleaning with water or putting in dishwasher, as grease will also block the pump.
No smoking allowed in the houseboat.
Sup boards: please use the sup boards as if they are yours and put them back on the rack after use.
Bike: we have one electric bike that can be used free of charge.

basic info 3 - Zodiac rental and terrace
Zodiac can be rented at 35 euro per day, on request and by approval of Lennert/Roanna. It is not difficult to drive a boat, but some experience is required. By law, kids under 12 are not allowed to drive the boat. The engine is an electric engine. Please always take the batteries out of the boat and charge them. When mounting the battery, first do the + then the -. When demounting, first the -, then the +. When shifting between forward and backward, make sure that it is on the neutral (0) for at least one second.
Use of terrace: Please always put the cushions of the loungeset indoor after use

Basic info 4 - BBQ, Mosquitos and Missing rental items
BBQ: feel free to use the BBQ equipment, but please leave it ready to be used by the next person.
Mosquitos: Please keep doors and windows without mosquito nets closed when the sun goes down in the summer, as the water attracts quite some mosquitos.
Deposit: if you would like to use the bike, sups or zodiac or zodiac engine, please note that in case they get stolen/lost the following will be charged:
Bike: 400 euro
Supboard: 350 euro
Peddle: 50 euro
Zodiac: 1250 euro
Zodiac engine: 500 euro
