Just 9klms away is the vibrant Mooloolaba Beach which has an array of events, shopping, dining and the most beautiful beach. Especially in winter as it is protected from the cool southerly winds. We love the spit area for a walk or bike ride along the beachfront or drive up Parkyn Parade. Great for surfing, swimming, paddling or laying on the beach.

Within minutes you could make a day up here. This little village offers views to die for so hunt out an establishment. The short drive up Dixon Road, Golf Road or Stringybark Road makes for a quick trip. Buderim Forest Park and Buderim Falls are perfect to immerse in nature.

It's not a hardware store but a cute old world town at the top of the range. Fantastic views of the Glasshouse Mountains and coast along with scenic spots and foodie heaven. Only half an hour to Mary Cairncross reserve and further to Maleny Dairy, Maleny Cheese and my favourite, Baroon Pocket Dam.
