We live in a great neighborhood tucked away in the mountains, but only one mile from town! All of our neighbors are very friendly. Our house sits on a half acre of land and when looking out the window you can only see two of our neighbors.
From our deck we have peak-a-boo lake views and if you take a walk in our neighborhood you can see full view of Flathead Lake.

They brew their own coffee and have great breakfast, lunch, and pastries! You can also purchase local knick knacks in the store and they have a place for you to sit down and enjoy your coffee or meal. The owners Ashley and Jeremiah are the best! You can also purchase a loaf of their homemade break for $5. It is our absolute favorite! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It is all locally sourced and the best! You order your food at the counter, and then sit down to enjoy. Glacier Perks is located right next to Volunteer Park which is one of the best waterfront parks around Flathead Lake.

If you are looking for a fancy dining experience, then Beargrass is for you! They use whole foods, and have seasonally inspired menus with an excellent selection of wine and cocktails. Their food is thoughtfully prepared with locally and regionally sourced ingredients that supports the local community. They also have an intimate bar seating area where you can order fine wines, cocktails, and food. One of the best steaks we have ever had is here!

This is our local ski mountain! Go directly up blacktail road 13 miles. You will need four wheel drive to get up and down this mountain in the winter. The views are amazing when you get to the top. Although it's only 13 miles from our place, it takes you about 30 minutes to travel all the way to the top. This mountain operates seasonally from Wednesday through Sunday, with lifts spinning from 9:30am - 4:30pm. Visit https://blacktailmountain.com/ for all details and more information. Also, on the way up to Blacktail there are a lot of different turn off areas where you can enjoy outrageous views overlooking Flathead Lake. In the winter many locals take sleds up Blacktail Rd and find secluded areas to sled with their family and friends.
