Museum of Rice The Rice Museum is located in a neighborhood called Cabanyal, in what used to be an old rice mill built in the early Twentieth Century. The Rice Museum was created with the aim to retrieve and disseminate the industrialization of rice, a culture deeply rooted in the tradition of Valencia. All the original partsof the mill have been recovered , therefore nowadays he Rice Museum recreates all the original movements and the transformation of rice field.
