Loved this Italian restaurant in the Ritz Carlton Aruba. Lovely service and the dishes were great. Live background music is a nice touch.

This has since been completely digitised and is an essential process that all visitors (including children) must follow prior to traveling to Aruba. It includes online functionality for the following components:
- providing basic traveler information,
- submitting a personal health assessment,
- uploading a negative COVID-19 test result,
- purchasing Aruba Visitors Insurance,
- declaring one’s consent to Aruba government mandates.
The above components are described in detail below and all are part of the online ED Card process that needs to be done at edcardaruba.aw.

Covid-19 Insurance AS OF AUGUST 1 2021
Insurance premiums are a flat rate per stay of $15 per person for persons aged 15 years and older. Persons aged 0-14 are free of charge.
Who needs to purchase the insurance?
This insurance is mandatory for all foreign nationals with the exception of visitors who arrive and leave the same day, Crew Members, Aruban students who return to Aruba and transit/transfer passengers who don't need to recheck their luggage.
How do I purchase the insurance?
The Aruba Visitors Insurance must be purchased at edcardaruba.aw in advance of travel as part of the online ED Card process.
