Jacob's Well is the second-largest fully submerged cave in Texas. The source of the water comes from the Trinity Aquifer, which makes its way from an extensive underground cave system and is actually used for the water for our pond. The deepest part of the cavern system is 140 feet deep.

Although the pandemic has changed how people get fed, there are a few good options nearby. For the best food, Austin is only 45 minutes away. Unfortunately, the pandemic has kept many restaurants closed.
Fresh, local, Tex-Mex cuisine. The chips are greasy and the salsa is refreshing. The food is basic fare but the location is close, the food is hot, and it's a nice place to eat out. The margaritas are just okay.
