Clothing

Sedona is in the high desert. The days can be extremely hot and the nights extremely cold. Layering is always advised. Also look at the weather app before traveling. Water, water, water, water, I cannot emphasize this enough. Doesn't matter if it is raining in the desert, you need to drink water daily. Dehydration sets in fast no matter what time of year. The ground can get extremely hot, watch your four-legged while hiking, they can burn their paws. Did I mention, water, water, water, water, even for the furry family members.
