On the outskirts of the city, Redwood Regional Park is home to Chabot Space and Science Center, with its planetarium, observatories and hands-on exhibits.

From my place you can jump on 5 minutes bus ride to Oakland coliseum Bart station and from there you have the perfect and most economical transportation to San Fran as well as the rest of all of what the Bay Area offers.
