The park is directly behind the cottage, on the other side of the creek. You can drive there or walk the Perkiomen Trail (make a right out the driveway and follow the trail past the old mill next door and over the bridge). The park offers a variety of year-round, outdoor activities and programs to choose from. Park visitors can enjoy fishing, boating (including boat rentals), family and group camping, picnicking, 25 miles of trails for horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking, as well as two children's playgrounds. Winter enthusiasts can cross-country ski, ice fish or go ice skating. The park also offers summer concerts and family- oriented, environmental education programs on weekends.
