The Aerobic Corridor is at the bottom of the garden (Rue Chemin de Fer). It is a 58km recreational trail between Morin-Heights and Amherst.
If you turn left:
• The Orphelins Trail is accessible via Rue Mount (200m)
• There is a playground about 1km away
• The Montfort Pavillion is 2km away
• Morin Heights is 11km away
If you turn right:
• The Orphelins Trail is about 2km away
• The Corridor continues for about 40km

Corridor Aérobique
