Use of vehicle needed - if not uber and lyft work in the area
The house is in a subdivision about 1.5 miles from the main highway. This provides for a quite stay, however not as easy to travel walking. The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk around but eatiers and other amenities are over one mile away.
Lyft and Uber always available in the area.

Unless you are travelling during the winter months of November through February, a jacket or sweaters are not necessary.
However, it often rains at unusual times and it is good to have an umbrella or light rain cover.
