I love to buy some cheese there and ask them to cut it in small cube.
I also love their "saucisson aux olives". They can cut it in thin slices, so you can just enjoyed it with some cheese and a glass of wine.
If you want to bring cheese back home, they can wrap it with a void bag, so it will not smell in your luggage.
