I love this place, especially in the spring or summer time. It has a nice terrace located practically on the canal. You see people and boats passing by, while having a nice beer and enjoy the sun until late. My favourite spot!

Great cosy authentic Australian restaurant, my favourite place to go if I want to have a good dining experience but don't want to spend too much money. They serve excellent Australian food and sweet pies. The kangaroo steak is one of their specials.

Schinkel
Parking for €0,10 per hour (first 3 hours), then €2,40 per hour. Free on Sunday.
At Hoofddorpplein, which is located around the corner, you can take Tram 2 which goes directly to Leidseplein and the city center. The tram leaves every 7 minutes and it takes approx. 13 minutes to arrive.
