We use many local suppliers- Pepe Saya, Sample Coffee, Serendipity, Pat & Sticks, M+G Seafood’s just to name a few. Most of our menu is gluten free and we make almost everything in house, Smoking, Curing, Brining, Pickling and Fermenting. "
