For those who like the outdoors, Tamborine is littered with national parks and hundreds of walks through rainforests and beside waterfalls.
Hang gliders launch into the wilds from atop the mountain and there are great access points to watch these daredevils fly.

The park opens early in the morning and is a great place to cycle, walk or jog. Barbeques and toilet facilities are available and the Koala Centre opens at 9 am.
